þ Depersonalize pictures and walls.
þ Dust, dust, dust - baseboards, ceilings, top of frig, etc.

þ Scrub kitchens and bathrooms till they sparkle.  No body wants to see either of those dirty if they may possible by using them.

þ Clean all appliances, thoroughly.

þ Clean out unnecessary items in all closets. Object is to make them look large and functional.
þ If there is shelving, neatly fold clothing items.
þ Neatly arrange shoes, belts and ties.

þ Do not leave pets at home during showings.
þ Remove all pet supplies, toys and food from view.
þ Air quality, some buyers have allergies.  Attempt to sterilize the air quality in your house.
